We were asked by the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for Doctor's Hospital to be featured in photos promoting their couplet care, where the same nurse cares for mommy and baby in the comfort of their own room (as opposed to the baby staying in the nursery). Having given birth only 48 hours earlier and feeling less than glam, I was apprehensive. We did, however, agree to the photo shoot and received some wonderful pictures. Ethan was a rock star, a complete natural in front of the camera! The hospital also brought in a pediatrician, Dr. Nesbit, and one of the labor and delivery nurses on staff to pose with us.
